Pamela Penney Textile Arts is a working artist’s studio and gallery located in the Oak Park Arts District at 130 Harrison Street in Oak Park, Illinois.  Striving to offer a respite from the stresses of modern life we provide a studio experience that gives our a visitors a learning experience along with a break from their everyday busy-ness.  We offer classes in fiber and textile art including knitting, crochet, felting, embroidery, sewing, fabric and fiber dying, silk screening, hand-made paper making, and more.  Come in for a unique experience with the charm of a quilting circle or needlework guilds of another era combined with the opportunity to learn new cutting edge textile art techniques.  Please contact us to schedule a private lesson, book a birthday or ladies night out party, or to visit the gallery and see the current work!
